To help families and healthcare providers navigate this transition, Byram Healthcare is proud to launch the Kids Cath Club, a new initiative designed to make self-catheterization education more approachable, effective, and kid-friendly.

New Byram pediatric urology patients aged 12 and under will automatically receive a kit when their family or caregiver becomes a Byram member. Families and caregivers may also request a kit by visiting the Kids Cath Club webpage.
Meet Lily & Elijah
Lily and Elijah are the friendly faces of the program, guiding children through the process of learning to self-catheterize.
- Lily (11 years old): “My catheter helps me stay healthy so I can crush it at volleyball and go shopping with friends.”
- Elijah (12 years old): “I was born with a damaged spinal cord, so I use a wheelchair and a catheter — but it doesn’t stop me from swimming or gaming.”
Through their stories, providers can introduce catheterization to young patients in a way that feels less clinical and more relatable.
