Medtronic Quick-Set Recall

Byram Healthcare has been working in partnership with Medtronic Minimed to address the Medtronic Quick-Set recall for our customers.

We are currently working with Medtronic to exchange all Lot “8” Quick-Sets. All active patients (patients who have placed an order with Byram after January 1, 2009) will receive:

Your first delivery will contain one box of replacement product, but you will receive subsequent deliveries until all the product that has been returned is replaced. If you have not ordered from Byram Healthcare or any other vendor since before January 1, 2009, you will receive a delivery from UPS with information about the recall but will not receive replacement product. If you do not receive replacement product but have affected products and need replacements, please call Byram right away. If at any time you have questions, comments or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us immediately.

All UPS deliveries should be completed by Friday, July 24, 2009. If you have not received notification via UPS, please contact Byram Healthcare right away using the information above.
